Overview

JOB SUMMARY:


The HRIS Analyst will be integral to the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of the Dayforce Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position will be responsible for supporting the seamless integration of Dayforce’s HRIS solutions, aligning with business needs and optimizing HR processes. Thereafter, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing system administrative support of HR Systems and users including ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Dayforce implementation; configure modules and functionalities to align with HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and more
• Provides guidance on best practices for configuring the Dayforce system
• Responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of human resource information systems (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility and usage of employee information
• Designs and implements integrations between Dayforce and other HR, accounting, or relevant software systems
• Manages interfaces between Dayforce and vendor partners, including monitoring and testing
• Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resource management and stakeholders
• Maintains data integrity in systems through creation of appropriate configuration controls, standards and processes, as well as regular audits of data
• Coordinates, facilitates and leads the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing phases of assigned projects
• Provides end-user training and support to HR system users
• Assists in system reviews, implementations, business requirements, production testing, upgrades and maintenance
• Provides support and maintenance of other HR related systems (iCIMS, etc.)
• Provides analytical, value-added input when developing and delivering reports
• Develops and maintains work instructions, job aides and technical documentation
• Partners with stakeholders in other departments for audits, reporting, projects and other inter-departmental initiatives
• Maintains confidentiality of personal information, Company information, records and statistics, and related issues in accordance with all applicable laws and policies

Qualifications

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

 

• Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience including HRIS configuration and administration experience; Dayforce or Ultimate/UltiPro software and iCIMS experience preferred
• Experience supporting multiple systems within HR and HRIS
• Strong Excel skills and HRIS reporting experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users and to all levels in the organization
• Must be a team player and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
