Currently seeking a Dental Assistant for a recently opened New Practice! Have you been told you have an upbeat personality and have a drive to learn? We are open to Recent Graduates of Dental Assisting programs who are looking to get their foot in the door. Surgical experience is a plus but NOT required...if you have only General Dentistry experience and are open to learning the surgical side of dentistry, we are willing to train the right person and most assistants end up loving surgery once they give it a try! Willingness to learn is key.

Bonus points if you are familiar with Dentrix or have knowledge of Cone Beam CT Technology. Must be eager to learn/train with implants and comfortable assisting with oral surgery.

This position requires someone who is punctual, has a strong work ethic, enjoys a fast-paced work environment and has a great personality!

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM, NO Nights or Weekends

Salary: $20-$25 per hour DOE, plus bonus eligibility 

What You'll Do:

• Support the dentist, and team, in providing quality patient care within the scope of state regulations
• Set-up and breakdown rooms
• Take and develop x-rays
• Offer chairside support
• Take impressions
• Provide the patient with post-op instructions and care
• Assist with presenting and discussing treatment plans
• Sterilize and maintain instruments, equipment, and general spaces providing a clean and professional environment
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

• Possess an active DA and X-ray certification
• Experience in oral surgery a plus!
• Taking impressions for prosthetics a plus!
• You must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
