The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating effective learning experiences by designing, developing, and implementing educational programs, training materials, and digital learning modules. The job typically involves, but is not limited to, working with subject matter experts (SMEs), using instructional theory, and applying technology to produce training programs that facilitate learning and improve performance. The role of the Instructional Designer is critical in helping the organization foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring employees or learners can acquire knowledge and skills effectively and efficiently. This position directly reports to and partners with the Senior Manager of Digital Learning.
