JOB PURPOSE:
Provide excellent customer service communication via telephone and email. Accurately schedule and invoice cases.
• Answer telephones in a professional manner, provide requested service or direct the call to appropriate personnel in a timely and efficient manner.
• Accurately enter cases into laboratory management software system closely following the doctors work order instructions.
• Schedule cases according to department production capacity and ensure production schedule meets customers requested return date.
• Accurately invoice cases upon completion verifying the customer is being charged the correct amount.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree or prior data entry or customer service work experience preferred
• Moderate to strong knowledge of dental/dental laboratory terminology
• Medium level computer skills including logging on to systems, ability to communicate by
email, compose word documents, enter database information, download forms, and preserve/backup important data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while paying a strong attention to detail.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, OSHA protocols and FDA requirements.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment and takes direction from Managers.
