We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk / Insurance Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in setting a positive tone and ensuring a seamless, supportive experience from the very first interaction.

Job Type: Full-time | In-person

Responsibilities:

• Greet and warmly welcome all new and existing patients
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including collecting payments
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
• Verify insurance coverage, process insurance claims, including preauths
• Assist with various administrative tasks to support the team
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and staff
• Ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining a warm, family-first atmosphere

Qualifications:

• Experience in the dental field is required
• Knowledge of dental insurance verification processes is required
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Cheerful, kind, patient, and professional demeanor
• A true team player with a polished appearance and a positive attitude
