Salary: $18–$23 per hour, DOE

Responsibilities

As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our dentists and team to ensure top-quality patient care, all within the scope of state regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the dentist during procedures to ensure efficient and quality care

  • Setting up and breaking down operatory rooms before and after patient visits

  • Taking and developing dental x-rays as directed

  • Providing chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures

  • Taking dental impressions for diagnostic and treatment purposes

  • Offering patients clear post-operative instructions and follow-up care guidance

  • Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and professional appearance of clinical and work areas

  • Assisting in presenting and discussing treatment plans with patients

  • Supporting overall office flow with additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

  • Hold an active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification

  • Possess a current X-ray certification

  • Have experience in oral surgery procedures

  • Be skilled in taking impressions for prosthetics

  • Thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dental office

  • Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional attitude under pressure
