Overview

JOB PURPOSE:

The Program Manager, Travel, Fleet & Freight is responsible for leading strategy and execution of ACI’s Travel, Fleet and Freight Programs.  This role will partner cross-functionally to build a collaborative strategy that supports the goals of ACI. Execution management will include driving compliance, creating awareness and visibility to offerings and working with a continuous improvement mindset.   Position will serve as a key leader of procure to pay process across travel, fleet and freight.

Responsibilities

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partners with Internal ACI stakeholders to understand unmet needs
  • Leverages industry best practices to develop a strategy of continuous improvement.
  • Identifies, negotiates and partners with 3rd party suppliers to fulfill ACIs needs across Travel, Fleet and Freight
  • Collaboratively develops and measures KPIs to drive supplier performance as well as ACI compliance across the company. Leads regular QBRs across travel, fleet and freight suppliers.
  • Builds tools and drives reporting cadence to proactively highlight areas of opportunity where ACI is not achieving the full value of its contracts or achieving optimal compliance.
  • Partners to develop and execute company-wide communication in support of a culture of compliance; drives awareness and education about key offerings and processes.
  • Drives process excellence from a P2P perspective across travel, fleet and freight

Qualifications

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Studies
  • 5 years of work experience supporting accounting, Finance or operations with a knowledge of business processes, cross functional partnering and continuous improvement
  • Experience working with a TMC is a plus
  • Vendor management experience is a plus
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred

  • Strong customer service focus with proven ability to connect with customers, understand needs and develop aligned value strategies

  • Influential with well-developed written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
