Role Overview

The Senior Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive patient growth, strengthen community engagement, and support the overall brand positioning of Affordable Care practices. This role bridges corporate marketing with field operations, ensuring strategies are tailored, effective, and measurable at the market level.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Market Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement localized marketing plans for designated regions/practices aligned with corporate objectives.
    • Partner with Operations and Practice Managers to identify market opportunities and patient acquisition strategies.
    • Lead community engagement initiatives (events, sponsorships, partnerships) to increase visibility and new patient flow.
  • Channel Management
    • Partner with media channel owners and creative to manage execution of local media campaigns including direct mail, digital, OOH, radio, and TV.
    • Oversee grassroots marketing efforts such as community events and local partnerships (assisted living, retirement communities)
    • Partner local practices to make sure they have the tools they need to do local store marketing and be willing to train all team members.
  • Performance & Analytics
    • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance at the practice and regional levels.
    • Use data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments.
    • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform local strategies.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Act as a key marketing liaison to field leadership, ensuring alignment between marketing initiatives and practice needs.
    • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members or field reps.
    • Build strong relationships with regional operations leaders to support practice-level growth initiatives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field, regional, or multi-unit marketing (healthcare, retail, or consumer services preferred).
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple markets and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to travel 40-50% as needed to support regional initiatives.
