Affordable Dentures Dental Laboratories, the largest and fastest-growing denture and implant services provider in the United States, is currently seeking students to participate in the Affordable Dentures Institute (ADI) training program to become a dental laboratory technician. ADI students training to become a removable denture technician at our state-of-the-art training facility in Kinston, NC.


If you’re an inexperienced candidate interested find a career and not just your next job, with transferrable skills, such as, experience working with your hands, good hand-eye coordination, mechanical ability and/or artistic ability, who is willing to relocate, we want to hear from you.


Upon completion of the five month training program in Kinston, NC, student technicians will be placed in one of the 230 labs located in 39 states and will be required to relocate at that time. Graduates receive financial assistance with relocation expenses, along with the support of our Affordable Dentures ADI staff throughout the relocation process.


During training students will receive:

  • Classroom and in-lab training to become a removable denture technician.
  • The Affordable Dentures ADI staff will provide support to ensure a successful completion of the training course.
  • Hourly wage until the completion of the program.
  • Monday through Friday workweek with no nights and weekends.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates receive:

  • All technicians are paid a guaranteed 40 hours per week salary. 
  • Relocation assistance. We provide financial assistance and assist with finding a new residence.
  • Quarterly bonus potential.
  • Monday through Friday workweek with no nights and weekends.
  • Continued career development through on-the-job training.
  • Paid vacations and holidays. We offer over one month combined of time off each year.
