The Office Lead/Treatment Coordinator ensures that communication between patient and practice staff is clear. They also see to it that the patients understand the state of their dental health, as well as what treatment options are available to them.

Responsibilities

The Office Lead will assist in dental team development, build positive relationships with the dentist and dental team members, manage schedules to meet daily dentistry goals and assume a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the dental practice.

 

  • Manage all front and back office tasks, including daily operations of the dental office, managing both employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals. 
  • Achieve revenue goals by managing patient scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination.
  • 5-10% travel may be required for training and/or continuing education purposes

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in presenting treatment plans and educating patients
  • Familiarity with dental office procedures and terminology 
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
  • Strong marketing/sales background preferred
  • Proven and successful treatment planning case acceptance & closing rates increasing production growth
