Summary:

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide strategic human resource consulting and ensures effective delivery of services to the General Manager of the assigned region. Acts as primary point of contact for regions, working directly with General Managers and consults on strategic business/divisional issues and their human resource implications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in business strategy and planning meetings with General Managers.
  • Demonstrates complex understanding of internal business partner s business strategy and human resource implications, along with the integration of corporate strategy
  • Demonstrates understanding of internal business partner s business strategy, along with the integration of corporate strategy
  • Conducts regular organization (regional) assessments to diagnose critical human resource issues
  • Develops and coordinates the implementation of region-specific HR strategies aligned with corporate strategy
  • Collaborates with General Managers, and internal business partners, and leaders to diagnose and solve workforce challenges
  • Provides regular analysis and reporting of key HR statistics, data, trends, and best practices. Utilizes reporting metrics to assist the General Manager toward data driven human resource decisions and planning.
  • Attends Business Partner planning and coordination sessions
  • Shares information, knowledge and best practices with business partners

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree business administration, human resources management or organization development required. SHRM or PHR highly desired.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, and/or human resources, demonstrating advanced multi-disciplinary knowledge of human resource management/ HR technical expertise.
  • Strong team orientation; facilitation skills; strategic business acumen/ business orientation; influencing skills/executive presence; relationship building skills/strong partner focus; organization diagnosis, design and change management skills (includes diagnostic information gathering); strategic problem solving and flexible, innovative problem resolution;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; technology/ computer proficiency, e.g., Microsoft Office, HCM Systems
  • Minimal travel required. Ability to work flexible hours
