    We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to support the Chief Growth Officer and three Regional Vice Presidents.  This assistant will provide high-quality, dedicated support to the executives by managing the following: calendar management, travel, expenses, project support, functional team support, regional meetings, correspondence and other duties as assigned.



    • Manage daily calendars, including scheduling meetings and travel planning
    • Manage group travel and regional conference planning and logistics
    • Track and report expenses and invoices
    • Schedule and facilitate functional team meetings
    • Create and maintain regular reports and update internal spreadsheets/databases
    • Manage and route phone calls and emails as appropriate
    • Create and manage presentations for Board and other meetings
    • Author and facilitate internal and external communications and correspondence
    • Involvement in group meetings as well as coordination with other members of the team
    • Act as the point of contact between executives and the operations and field teams
    • Provide assistance to the administrative team when needed



    • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, with specific focus on Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
    • Experience providing C-level executive support
    • Strong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person) and positive attitude
    • High level of attention to detail
    • Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
    • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
