Patient Services Representatives provide best in class service by answering patient inquiries via phone and email. Candidates must successfully complete a 2-week paid training class and achieve incremental performance goals. Perfect attendance is required during training. Experience setting appointments is helpful, but not required. In addition, our culture is ideal for team players who are customer focused, self-motivated, and achievement driven.
Full time employment is available and requires open availability between the hours of 7AM-9PM, Monday – Friday. Saturday hours are also available (8:30AM-4PM).
