    Summary/Objective

    The HRIS analyst is responsible for the administration, liaison and coordination of human resource systems and related system projects in meeting all system and data needs for human resource systems.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions

    1. Ability to independently apply working knowledge of Ultipro, specifically the Core/HR, Benefits, Compensation, Onboarding/Recruiting, and Performance Management modules, as well as system user administration and role security structures.
    2. Evaluate, modify, administer, and maintain Ultipro HR management system and iCIMS for HR- and Recruiting-related data.
    3. Develop standard/automated and custom reports to meet management requests and needs for human-resource-related information to various levels.
    4. Coordinate, maintain and enhance human resource systems in conjunction with the user areas and information systems, including analyzing and interfacing with other key business systems that need HR master data.
    5. Develop a project plan for carrying out each assigned project using appropriate planning, design, testing, analysis, and root cause analysis methods.
    6. Direct/execute assigned projects, including data collection/design and development specifications/testing criteria/recommendations and implementations.
    7. Prepare detailed written reports of project and documentation for each project to serve both technical and general users.
    8. Act as consultant on HRIS matters.
    9. Perform related tasks as requested.

    Qualifications

    Competencies

    1. Critical Evaluation/Analysis skills of HRIS system, particularly Ultipro and iCIMS.
    2. Business Acumen.
    3. HR data management, project management, and systems interfacing.
    4. Communication and ability to multi-task.
    5. Project Management.

    Required Education and Experience

    1. Four-year college degree in personnel management, business administration, computer science, quantitative systems or any related degree with some specialization in computer-related experience.
    2. Three to five years of experience as a human resource analyst/administrator/technician; information systems analyst/technician; internal auditors or other positions with appropriate experience and/or education.
    3. Experience with Ultipro strongly preferred.
    4. Experience with iCIMS preferred.
